Shipping policy
We're grateful for every order and committed to getting your OTTM pieces to you as smoothly as possible.
1. Free Shipping
- Canada: Free shipping on all orders over $100 CAD
- USA: Free shipping on all orders over $150 USD
Orders below these thresholds will be charged a shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- Canada: 5–10 business days after dispatch
- United States: 7–14 business days after dispatch
- International: 10–21 business days after dispatch
These are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing outside of our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website or through your account at account.onthatthirdmorning.com.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
OTTM has no control over customs delays or fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions before placing an order.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. OTTM is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@onthatthirdmorning.com and we will do our best to make a correction before your order ships.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, OTTM is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly and reach out to us so we can help where we can.
