Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and buy now pay later options including Afterpay. All transactions are processed securely at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly so we can get them to you as fast as possible. If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us at support@onthatthirdmorning.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes — you will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is complete. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there either, reach out and we'll resend it.
Is it safe to shop on your website?
Absolutely. Our store runs on Shopify, one of the most trusted e-commerce platforms in the world. All payments are encrypted with SSL and we never store your payment details.
Sizing & Fit
How do your clothes fit?
Our pieces are true to size. If you're between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up. Check the size guide on each product page for exact measurements before ordering.
Do you have a size guide?
Yes — every product page includes a size guide with chest, length, and sleeve measurements. We recommend measuring a garment you already own and comparing before ordering.
What sizes do you carry?
We currently offer sizes S through 2XL across our T-shirts, hoodies, and crewnecks. If your size sells out, sign up for restock notifications on the product page.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada, to the United States, and to the United Kingdom. More destinations may be added over time.
How long will my order take to arrive?
- Canada: 3–6 business days after dispatch
- United States: 7–14 business days after dispatch
- United Kingdom: 10–21 business days after dispatch
All orders are printed and processed in-house within 1-2 business days before being dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $100 CAD within Canada and over $150 USD for international orders.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes — once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. You can also track your order through your account at account.onthatthirdmorning.com.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
For US customers, most OTTM orders fall under the $800 USD de minimis threshold, meaning no duties or import taxes apply. For UK customers, your order may be subject to customs fees upon arrival — these are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How do I start a return?
Visit our self-serve return portal at account.onthatthirdmorning.com, log in with your order email, and follow the steps. It only takes a few minutes.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when it has been issued.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order. We know that's an extra step and we appreciate your patience as we grow.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?
We're so sorry if that happened. Please email us at support@onthatthirdmorning.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will make it right — no questions asked.
About OTTM
What does OTTM stand for?
OTTM stands for ON THAT THIRD MORNING — a reference to the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Our brand was built on that truth and everything we design carries a message of resurrection, hope, and new life.
Where are your products made?
Every OTTM piece is printed in-house by us. We take pride in the quality and care that goes into each order — this isn't mass-produced fast fashion. It's clothing made with intention.
Are you a Christian brand?
Yes. OTTM is a faith-based clothing brand rooted in Christian values. Our designs are inspired by scripture, the resurrection, and everyday faith. We welcome believers of all backgrounds and walks of life.
Do you use AI for your product images?
Yes, at this stage we do — and we want to be upfront about that. The models in our product photos are AI-generated. The clothing itself is 100% real — every piece is exactly what you see, printed in-house by us and shipped to your door. Using AI models allows us to keep costs manageable as a new brand, so we can continue putting more back into the brand and the community we're building. As OTTM grows, we look forward to investing in full photoshoots with real people from our community. Our designs, our faith, and our mission are entirely our own — always.
Do you donate to charity?
Yes — and this is something we're genuinely proud of. We donate 10% of our profits to charity because we believe that a brand rooted in faith should give back. Every purchase you make contributes to that. We'll share updates on where donations are going as we grow — thank you for being part of something bigger than clothing.
Do you collaborate with other Christians or faith creators?
We would love to. If you're a faith-based content creator, pastor, ministry, or community organisation and feel aligned with the OTTM mission, reach out to us at support@onthatthirdmorning.com. We're always open to meaningful partnerships.
Can I buy OTTM as a gift?
Absolutely — our pieces make a meaningful gift for birthdays, baptisms, confirmations, graduations, or any occasion where you want to give something with purpose. Gift cards are also available in our store.
How do I care for my OTTM garment?
To keep your print looking its best, we recommend washing inside out on a cold, gentle cycle and do not tumble dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Treated with care, your OTTM piece will last for years.
Do you restock sold-out items?
We do our best to restock popular items. You can sign up for restock notifications directly on the product page and we'll email you the moment it's back.
