Refund policy

We want every experience with OTTM to reflect the values we stand on — integrity, grace, and care for one another. If something isn't right with your order, we're committed to making it right in a way that honours both you and the stewardship of our brand.


1. Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns on items that meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags are still attached
  • Item is free from odour, stains, pet hair, or damage

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

3. How to Start a Return

We've made returns as simple as possible through our self-serve return portal. Please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our return portal at account.onthatthirdmorning.com
  2. Log in with the email address used on your order
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the prompts
  4. Print the return summary and include it inside your package

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as OTTM cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit on the way back to us.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed

If your return is not approved (e.g. the item shows signs of wear), we will contact you to discuss next steps.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your original item and place a new order at your convenience.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover all costs to make it right — because that's what we believe in.
